Our founder, a doctor of physical therapy, spent years watching how much a single fall can cost, both to a person’s life and to the healthcare system around them. So we built a home-based program that meets older adults where they are, with personalized coaching and simple, doable activities that build strength, improve mobility, and lower fall risk.

Our name says it plainly. Smyl stands for Supporting Mobility and Longevity, and that is the work: helping people stay strong, steady, and active in the lives they’ve built.

We’re an early-stage startup, which means the work comes with real ownership. You’ll help shape the growth and direction of the company rather than just execute someone else’s plan, and you’ll do it working directly alongside our founder. We keep schedules flexible and remote-friendly, and we set aside 20% time for you to pursue projects and ideas that push the program, and your own growth, forward.
